BUYOGA Technical Secondary School (BUYOGA TSS) encourages all trainees to actively use the Rwanda Secure Assessment System (RSAS) to support learning both at school and at home. πŸ“… 2026 - GARUKA USHIME – Alumni Giving Back

Today at BUYOGA TSS, we had an event called GARUKA USHIMWE, where former trainees returned to thank the school. The alumni association members came together to support current trainees and the school.

  • Planted 50 avocado trees
  • Paid one full year of school fees for 2 intelligent but financially struggling trainees
  • Alumni committed to support these trainees with other scholastic materials
  • Former struggling trainees have taken ownership to mentor and support current struggling trainees in their studies
  • Donated sports equipment including handball, volleyball, and football
  • Sharing of testimonies where alumni spoke about overcoming poverty and becoming successful
  • Remembrance photos captured
  • Tree planting activity documented
  • Gifts offering ceremony
